Using this plugin you can easily show the quantity field on the shop page of WooCommerce. This plugin also works with variable products if you enabled variation swatches on your shop page.
No options required, just activate this plugin and it’s done.

Such a basic function you would think would be included in Woocommerce. This plugin does the trick and works perfectly.
